Security & Trust

Security and trust, in plain terms

How access, organization boundaries, data handling and source checking work, and what reviewers can ask us for.

How trust is built in

  • Identity and access

Sign-in is required for product use, and users sign in before reaching organization knowledge. Access is permission-based, and team invitations bring colleagues into the same workspace.

  • Organization isolation

Each organization works inside its own boundary. Workspaces are not shared across unrelated organizations.

  • Data protection

Product traffic is encrypted in transit. Further technical detail is available during a security review.

  • Privacy controls

You decide what content is approved for use. Evaluation workspaces are for approved trial and customer use, not open public chat.

  • Auditability

Security and procurement reviews can request deeper detail on auditability.

  • Source verification

Grounded answers show the source they came from, so people can check before they act. A sparse or missing source is a signal to investigate, not to trust blindly.

Your data and privacy

What belongs to you, and how to evaluate safely.

Ownership

  • Customer documents and knowledge remain associated with the customer’s organization.
  • Customers decide what content is approved for use.
  • IntelligentBotSys does not use customer content for public purposes.

Evaluating safely

  • Start with approved business information only.
  • Do not upload PHI, PCI data or secrets into an evaluation environment without agreement.
  • Book a demo if you want a guided path before using your own documents.

Evaluation and procurement

We do not display uncertified compliance badges (including SOC 2). Compliance details are available on request during procurement.

Who owns our documents?

You do. They belong to your organization’s workspace.

Can everyone in the company see everything?

Access follows permissions and membership. Ask us to tailor access for your evaluation.

Why do citations matter?

They let people verify answers against source material.
