How to read this statement

This statement separates what we describe as currently in place from what we discuss only during a security review. We do not claim any security certification or compliance attestation, and we do not guarantee that any system is free from vulnerabilities or interruption.

The Security page summarises the same position in plain language. Procurement and security reviewers can request more detail.

Currently in place for the product

For the IntelligentBotSys product, we describe the following as in place today:

• Sign-in is required to use the product.
• Access to organization knowledge is permission-based, and team members join through invitation.
• Each organization works inside its own boundary. Workspaces are not shared across unrelated organizations.
• Product traffic is encrypted in transit (HTTPS/TLS).
• Customers decide which content is approved for use.
• Grounded answers show the source they came from so people can check before acting.

Customer documents and knowledge remain associated with the customer's organization. We do not use customer content for public purposes.

Discussed during a security review

The following are not described here as generally available. Whether and how they apply depends on the product, plan and deployment, and they are covered during a security or procurement review:

• Single sign-on and multi-factor authentication options
• Audit logging and the depth of auditability
• Integration and API security arrangements
• Monitoring and observability
• Data residency, retention and deletion arrangements
• Compliance documentation and attestations

Human oversight

AI should support human decision-making, not replace it. Customers remain responsible for reviewing AI-generated outputs before acting on them. Where governed workflows are offered, they are designed so that people direct the work and approve important actions.

Privacy and data protection

We collect only the information needed to provide our services and respond to business enquiries. Personal information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

Website security

This public website uses the following measures:

• HTTPS with HTTP Strict Transport Security
• Security response headers, including a restrictive Content Security Policy for framing and form targets
• Server-side validation of form submissions
• Rate limiting and a hidden-field spam check on forms

These controls help protect visitors and maintain website integrity.
